Foreign nationals may not be able to qualify for financing with traditional guidelines. Big Horizons Capital has simplified the loan process and requirements for nonresident aliens with ITINs . While borrowers usually must document their assets, Debt Service Coverage Ratios, credit trade lines and credit scores, Big Horizon's loan program has reduced requirements and credit scores are not required. Alternative income qualifying methods are utilized, with loan-to-value ratios up to 70% and loan amounts as high as $1.5 million.
